RATES INCLUDE:

Full Board – Three (3) Meals A Day (Lunch on Arrival, Dinner and Breakfast), All Hot Beverages, Two (2) Game Drives Per Day. *Select local drinks and snacks included on the game drives.

NAMBITI CONSERVATION LEVY

Nambiti game reserve charges a R200.00 per adult per day levy.

RATES EXCLUDE:

All bar services (excluding local beers, soft drinks & house wine on the afternoon game drive), gratuities, personal purchases, extra activities offered by the lodge and the Nambiti conservation levy (for all bookings)

CHILD POLICY

NO children under the age of twelve (12) at the lodge, unless the lodge has been booked for exclusive use.

In order to preserve the Nambiti Game Reserve, our game drive vehicles do not drive off road.
In an effort to reduce our reliance on plastic water bottles we ask that you bring along your own refillable bottles, alternatively our branded Elephant Rock reusable bottles are available to purchase at the lodge and to fill at our filtered water station.

Please note:

The game drive vehicle seats 10 guests and will be shared by those staying at Elephant Rock Lodge.

Please let us know should you wish to hire a private vehicle which can be booked in advance.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of notification of cancellation,

the following cancellation fee shall apply to the full booking.

More than 30 days prior to arrival                      10% cancellation fee

14 days to 30 days prior to arrival                      50% cancellation fee

14 days or less – prior to arrival                        100% cancellation fee

** Please be advised weekends are a minimum of a two night stay that needs to include the Friday and the Saturday nights **

* Complementary Soft drinks, local beers and house wine are included on the afternoon game drive (limited to two (2) drinks per person). Muffins, Hot beverages and Amarula are included on the morning game drive.
